Put the Lime in the Coconut - A coconut cupcake made with cream of coconut ,shredded toasted coconut, and a zip of lime zest in the batter. Chocolate Covered Cherry -You get yummy goodness when you hit the center of this cupcake. Rich and full of healthy antioxidants. A dark chocolate cake with a sweet cherry surprise in the middle of the white chocolate ganache and a topping of chocolate jimmies sprinkled on white chocolate buttercream. (Submitted)
Boston Cream Pie - A take on the traditional Boston Cream Pie, which really is a cake and not a pie. A luscious vanilla spongecake filled with a sweet Madagascar Vanilla Custard and topped with a chocolate buttercream drizzled in a dark chocolate ganache, powdered sugar, and a cherry. (Submitted)
Strawberry Shortcake "Shannonigans" - A Golden Buttercake cuppie with the top removed. The base is then filled with a decadent chocolate ganache and topped with sweet Strawberry Buttercream.
